Weaving Mode

Tabby Weave: The warp and weft yarns interlace every other yarn, creating the simplest fabric structure with the highest number of intersections. This texture offers stability and abrasion resistance but relatively low elasticity.
Twill Weave: The warp and weft yarns interlace at least every two yarns, resulting in fewer intersections and a diagonal pattern. Fabrics with this weave are softer, more abrasion-resistant, and elastic compared to tabby weave, but may have slightly reduced stability.
Satin Weave: Also known as satin, this weave has the fewest intersections and the longest floats, where the fabric surface is almost entirely composed of warp or weft floats. Fabrics with this texture appear smooth and shiny, with soft textures but relatively poor abrasion resistance.
Compound Weave: Combining different weaving methods to create a more complex texture structure. For example, a combination of tabby and twill weaves or the addition of special weaving elements to enhance certain properties.
Mesh Weave: The warp and weft yarns are interlaced to form a mesh-like structure, often used in applications requiring high breathability and filtration.
Multi-layer Weave: Using multiple layers of yarn for weaving to increase the tape’s thickness and strength. Each layer can adopt different weaving methods or yarn types.
