NQ ARAMID FABRIC HIGH QUALITY PRODUCTION PROCESS
1. Raw Material Preparation
Strictly screened high-quality raw materials such as phthalic acid and p-phenylenediamine are added to the reactor, and a suitable amount of solvent and catalyst are added to carry out polymerization reaction. Under suitable temperature and pressure, the chemical bonds between the raw material molecules are broken and reorganized to form polymer chains. After the polymerization reaction is completed, the obtained polymer solution is spun to form continuous aramid fibers, which helps to produce aramid fiber fabrics with stable performance and reliable quality.
2. Fiber Post-Processing
The Aramid fiber obtained by spinning is subjected to a series of post-processing steps such as stretching, curing, washing, drying and winding through advanced stretching equipment, heat setting machines, softener treatment equipment, gloss finishing equipment, washing equipment, etc. to improve its performance and stability. The stretching treatment makes the fiber slender and strong, the curing treatment increases the melting point and heat resistance of the fiber, and the washing and drying steps ensure the quality and stability of the fiber.
3.Weaving
After post-treatment, the aramid fiber enters the weaving process. In this step, the fiber is fed into advanced equipment such as high-speed warping machines, and woven into aramid fiber fabrics through a specific interweaving method. During the weaving process, it is necessary to strictly control the density, width, texture and other parameters of the fabric to ensure the quality and performance of the fabric, provide you with high-quality products, help you stand out in the fierce market competition, and achieve sustainable business development.
4. Quality Inspection And Packaging
