Electrical tape is a fairly simple product. This product covers the basics - it's white, it's sticky, and it does a passable job of insulating wire, or ghetto wire labeling. The free zipties that came with it are notable in that they have a slightly waxier finish than most plastic zipties, and feel a little more flexible. I haven't used them for very long and can't vouch for how they hold up with age or exposure to UV light, but I have a feeling this may age (and stay flexible) for longer than some cheap variants.
JessicaMANAGE I used this product to reinforce my plaster walls after removing wallpaper and before I skim coated with drywall mud. It works great and I'm onto my second roll now. Beginner Tip: The more even you begin to unroll the mesh the better the result when applying it to a wall. So there's a learning curve when using it for the first time. And it seems to rip more the smaller the roll gets. I snipped off the frayed threads around the rip and the mud covered it right up.
